On February 1st, e4c launched an exciting new partnership with Mealshare!

This initiative supports students in our School Nutrition Program by providing them with nutritional supports to help them bring their best self to their school day.

Mealshare partners with local restaurants to help pay it forward. With the purchase of a Mealshare branded item, your dining out turns into helping out! Shree Govindarajan, Edmonton Leader with Mealshare, shares, “We are really excited to be working with e4c! Both Mealshare and A&W wanted to ensure a local charity was involved in each community. Whenever we’re looking for a new charity partner in an area, we look for community hubs that have a good impact, and a food component to their offering – e4c definitely offers that! 

A&W is a special partner – not only are they a national chain, but they’re going the extra mile for youth in #YEG.
On “Mealshare Mondays,” visitors can go to any A&W location, and with the purchase of a Cheddar Bacon Uncle Burger Combo, A&W will provide a meal to a youth in need. On any day of the week, customers can add $1 to their order and “Make it a Mealshare” item. This partnership with A&W has allowed Mealshare to expand across Canada and into over 300+ new communities.
