Careers

e4c is a dynamic non-profit human services organization that exists to help people living in poverty move towards positive, healthy and lasting change. We are one of Edmonton’s oldest and most respected social service agencies, and are always looking for dedicated people who share our commitment to helping improve the lives of those living in poverty to join our team.

Why Work at e4c?

Every day at e4c, we dedicate ourselves to sheltering, feeding, teaching, listening, caring and healing. And every day we help someone take the next step out of poverty.

Working at e4c is an excellent opportunity to make a significant difference to people, helping and supporting individuals and the community in undergoing positive change and increasing personal capacity. While the skills and experience of the people we invite to join our team are important, we also look at an individual’s compassion, empathy and ability to see the person behind the challenges. Not everyone is the right fit for e4c, but those who are will find an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

We are an equal opportunity employer and encourage all qualified candidates to apply. We thank all applicants for their interest, however, only those selected for interview will be contacted. Unless otherwise indicated, your resume will be considered for other positions within e4c. Some positions will remain open until a suitable candidate is found.

Please note that any offer of employment will be conditional upon e4c receiving a satisfactory police information check prior to the start date, a youth intervention check, as well as educational verification (proof of highest level of education) and proof of the legal right to work in Canada (e.g. birth certificate, work permit).
